The media could not be loaded.  This was a smooth transition and customer service has been great with almost instant reply. Everything came complete and at the same time. It was easy to assemble. It’s firm and sturdy. Turning it to a bed is quick and easy. For best comfort, I’m planning to buy memory foam topper to lay on top of it for a much better comfortable sleep. I recommend this vendor. I know the headache that come with missing parts and all, but all went well with this vendor. A microfiber sofa is the best to have instead of other fabric in my opinion. Looks like high quality leather, feels good and will last longer.

The couch was pretty easy to assemble, the pictures on the instructions could be clearer to make assembly go a little smoother. The couch is extremly firm, but comfortable enough to lay on. This couch is very sturdy. The pull out works nicely and I love the storage compartment, I have 2 pillows, a quilt, a blanket and there is room for more.

Comes in 3 boxes, not too heavy of a lift, just have to screw in the legs and rollers, and each section are held in place with 3 large metal clips per connect point. Because of the clips, you can move the chaise to the left or right side. A lot of storage under the chaise for pillows, blankets, and/or games. the pop-up section slides out next to the chaise and then pops up for a flat surface about size of a full size bed (about 48"X77" when extended).There is a chemical smell; which, is probably from being new. The bottom seats are a little firm compared to the back rest padding. I'll give it a some time to see if the bottom seat soften up. I like the firmness if I was using as bed.

This couch is on the firm side as mentioned by most other reviews. With time the seat softens but you won't ever feel like you're sinking in it. One thing I didn't see mentioned is the left side arm rest wobbles. The way this couch is put together, the left piece locks onto the right piece and keeps it down. Well, there's nothing to keep the very left piece down, and it's a light one, so it wobbles and it comes off with minimal effort.

Very nicely packaged. Clearly illustrated instruction sheet. I managed to put it all together alone in less than 30 min.

We have had this couch for about 3 months. Started out great and looked great with our decor. However, the bottom support started giving out and the couch extension started to collapse under it (see photos). I've been terrified that it will collapse over one of our cats..... get a better quality couch.

Not worth the money. Extremely firm. Not sturdy.
