Apple 2020 iPad Pro 2nd Gen 11 inch, Wi-Fi, 128GB Silver (Renewed)

I recently purchased this iPad, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The performance is fast and smooth, whether I’m browsing, streaming, or multitasking between apps. The display is super crisp and vibrant – perfect for watching movies or editing photos. Perfect iPad. Works wonderful for being refurbished and no dents or scratches i got the silver 256gb. Only con it doesn’t come in its box and not apple charger. Quick set-up if you got good wifi.

This is a renewed product, so I wasn't necessarily expecting it to be in pristine condition, but there is barely any mark on it at all. The only imperfection is a very small, very slight scuff on one edge that took me a while to even notice. It feels brand new and works great! The only down side is that I think its battery life isn't as long as a brand new iPad, but again, I wasn't expecting it to be like a brand new item. Great quality and definitely affordable, comparatively to new and other renewed/used products.

I’ve had this iPad for 3 years now and it still works like new. The performance is great, the battery life holds up well, and it’s perfect for everything from streaming to note-taking. Definitely worth the investment — I would buy it again without a doubt!

I bought this IPP as a supplement for my piano lessons. When I got it I plugged it in and It did not come on. Through some trial and error I thought the chord was bad. Amazon hooked it up and got me a new chord. Seemed OK then I started having trouble getting it to charge. It would give me the tone and the indicator (lightning in the corner) showed it was. I would come back later and it had not charged. Again fenagle it and it would charge. I called Amazon support and they said switch plugs. Well it worked, so I figured maybe it was a screwy outlet. Nope...same thing. I have to plug and re plug into something else. So it is still screwy. My problem is if it goes completely dead I will have a $800 paper weight. It was summer and I am slam busy and do not have time to screw with things so it gets to 1% and I am having trouble getting it to charge...oh crap!! I did get it to work.I lose 14% power per day just sitting there so every 6 days I have to make sure I charge it. Problem is now I have lost my window and Amazon will not supply any support whatsoever. I feel it is there responsibility to make it right since it has been an issue since day one. So the moral of the story is be on it. If you get a renewed amazon product and you have a gut feeling it is not right trade it out immediately!! Sorry Amazon you missed the mark on this one for me.

Charger: The charger does not work, so you will have to purchase that separately.Screen: There are quite a few scratches, but once you put a screen protector on top, you can not see them anymore.Overall Performance: It does work pretty well and is fast for most general uses like streaming videos and taking notes. I do not know if it works for high performance streaming games or drawing art.Overall, I do think you are getting what you paid for. The iPad works fairly well overall for second hand use. The only issues I have are the battery and charger. I think the battery does drain rather fast when using compared to other models- but it was not so concerning to the point where I felt that I needed to reach out to the seller. And as mentioned previously, my other concern was the charger; the charger does not work and is not from Apple so you will have to purchase that separately or try reaching out to the seller (something I have not done).

Pad does a great job for my granddaughter and her drawing program.

Love my iPad. It works great! It came with some minor bumps and bruises but overall a great deal!
