I purchased this griller in December, 2020; the packaging was good and Amazon did a great job in delivering the product before time. The griller is good and its is made of thick metal. The grillers provided are stainless steel and grilling on them is not difficult. Adding wheels to the griller is thoughtful as the griller is heavy and with wheels its easy to move it around. Overall I have grilled food around 7 to 8 times in this griller and my experience with this griller has been great.Hope my review helps and HAPPY GRILLING!!

Better go for the pro model, if you are planning to but it for connivence purpose…few extra bucks for a much better products

Lovely BBQ

Have used the grill 5 times till now for cooking tandoori chicken and grilling vegetables.The built quality is good but not great considering the price.The box in which the grill came was already opened before and repacked, so i suspect that it is returned by someone, also there was few minor scratches on the top lid.The major issue i was facing is the bottom grill/grid used to keep charcoal is far below and the cooking grill is far up so the heat from the burning charcoal does not reach the top grill effectively where we keep the meat. Generally expensive bbq grills are designed in such a way where one can set/adjust the distance of cooking grill/grid from the charcoal grid but in this grill there is no such option, so the only way to combat this is by using a lot of charcoal which is a wastage. I have a very cheep small grill also in which the charchoal plate is very close to the cooking grid and the chicken in that cooks in less then half the time compared to this bbq also you need only one fifth the charcoal.Final verdict - Good if you have a large family and for parties. If you have a small family then go for small or portable bbq grills.Built quality is good so If maintained properly then it should last for years.

Decent product with some deficiencies, which are my reason for a 3 star rating. First the porcelian paint is over cooked during mfd process rendering it very brittle and with very low adhesion to the metal. Sheet metal flexes a bit in tightening of bolts, which cracks peels of the paint. Specially where the legs connect, this will surely lead to corrosion over time of the exposed surface. Second star was lost in account of very un-user friendly manual. Assembly instructions which are found in the begining of any user manual are located somwhere in the end of this booklet. And even the instructions for assembly are just bare without specific instructions for nut bolt use. One has to keep guessing with a booklet filled with information of no use, not to mention incorrect supply of fastening nuts in the package.Despite these issues, I feel it is a better product compared to similar Weber model and will ensure many a good barbeque sessions.

Overall the product quality seemed ok.slight paint seemed coming out diring tightening of bolts and nuts.overall paint quality will come to know after use.one issue with respect to size of 4 bolts of the 4 legs i would like to point.the 4 bolts are of smaller size.as per picture the cup which fits directly to body and the 4 legs wont tighten if i fit the cups as per the photo of the and the procedure because the bolt size is smaller.to fit the four cups i had to fit is in reverse direction.photo attached
