Well worth the money! This sleep mask has been a lifesaver for me while having to sleep on my back at an incline for over a month following surgery! I don’t like any light or noise while sleeping, and knew I needed something to try to take care of this while not being able to sleep on my side with a pillow over my exposed ear. I was admittedly hesitant to make this purchase...boy was it worth it!! The sleep mask keeps out most light, and the headphones do a good job of muffling and diminishing noises so that they are not disruptive to sleep. It took a few tries to adjust the fit and figure out which pair of headphones I prefer, yet wasn’t difficult to adjust; great design! I’ve worn this every night for a full month, and it is surprisingly comfortable and effective! I probably won’t use this on a regular basis once I can sleep in my usual position again, but I will most certainly use it when away from home where light and sound are more intrusive, sleeping in the car or plane, or anytime I have to sleep on my back.

Functionality: The earmuffs are very soft. But that's where it ends. They don't help in any way with blocking sound for a good sleep. If you are a light sleeper don't buy this item.Comfort: Even though the outer body is made of soft silicon it's still uncomfortable to sleep on the side as it presses hard on the ear.Fitting: The straps are adjustable but still tight on the head even when you adjust.Save your money, don't buy this. I'm back to white noise to drown the noise😁

I made the purchase because I live near a train and needed to block out the loud horn. They do not replace earplugs but in combination they work well. I use the slim earplugs and place these over and it works. I can’t sleep on my side unless I add more pillows or use my hands underneath my face/head. I think it muffles sounds more than anything. It does block off sounds coming from A/C or possibly TV in another room. The head wrap is adjustable ( similar to bra strap) and it fits comfortably. I think it’s way overpriced.

Broke after two nights and it hurts my eyes from being so tight. Appreciate the effort to make one like this though, that’s why I give it three stars

Buying this improved the quality of my sleeping life ten-fold. I worked as a trucker hauling reefers, anyone who has done that or heard how loud they can be can conclude it sucks a lot to do. In addition, I had a noisy room mate at night and he snores like a son of a gun.The pad helps by keeping that pitch-black cover over the eyes so as not to stimulate the brain and the earmuffs work pretty well. Pair them up with ear plugs of any kind, even the cheap styrofoam ones will do for optimal noise cancelling. Beware, if you do this you may have a hard time waking up to your alarm but you will sleep peacefully, guaranteed.Note, wear this for two nights to get used to how it feels before putting it to the test. Wear it when you are willing to sacrifice a couple of hours of sleep until you get used to how it feels. Once you drift off, you will sleep peacefully.

I have an average size womans head and OUCH!!! I adjusted straps to the fullest and it feels like a head vice. I'm made because this is the only one with rubber ear muffs to side sleep but just trying it on a few times my head seriously hurts. Unless you have an abnormal small head or for a very young child.... DONT BORTHER it seems like it would block out a lot of sound. Too bad must continue to be awaken every early morning from noisy upstairs neighbors

For starters it is a bit clumsy too adjust the bands, but once done it feels very good. The eye-shades work well and the muffs also,the noise attenuation is very effective. Sleeping on your side (in bed) needs messing with a soft cushion in order to not feel the muff pushing around your ear. But overall this is a quality product, recommended, more so for back sleepers (i am, but occasionally I turn on my side)and for sleeping in a chair.
