I always add this to my winter season list
I used Sambucus Elderberry for a few years now, during fall and winter seasons in the hopes it will boost my immune immune system. I do believe it helps, as it also gives some additional Vitamin C and Zinc, which is helpful as well.

My doctor suggested that the elderberry might help immune system. This is easy to take, not like the liquid that is a sticky spill.

This has NO taste so I don't know why that is even on here BUT
Works great! I have not had a C++d at all this year for the first time ever! Highly recommended! Such a great thing that I bought bushes to grow my own!!

Great product
I was feeling under the weather a friend recommended this product to help my immune system. I felt better faster. Would recommend this product to everyone to take everyday.

Definitely makes a difference with no side effects
I started taking these as recommended to help fight Covid and have been taking them as preventative with no side effects. A few weeks ago I started with a normal winter cold/sinus mess. Nothing unusual for me during the winter months and it usually hangs around for a while and makes me feel drained and yucky. This time, I just got the initial "feeling" of it starting but it never developed or made me feel bad. I think it is because of the added immunity booster in this product. I am pretty healthy but everyone gets a cold or sinus sometimes but this is the first winter I have not been sick and nothing about my routine has changed except these vitamins. I plan to continue taking them even after I get my Covid vaccine.
