Stays leakproof for about 6 months. Then needs replaced. Good product for under $10

I read the reviews before I purchased and decided to try it. I'm glad I did! I only received it about 2 weeks ago, so I can't speak to durability. WHY I LIKE IT: I particularly wanted a bottle that held 30 oz as in hot summer weather I sometimes buy a Starbucks treat (=30 oz) iced tea and, probably like most looking for reusable bottles, don't want to add to plastic waste. I also wanted a bottle with ozs, cups, mls noted so I could track my intake. I like most of the colors but chose the rusty red, which I enjoy. MY EXPERIENCE HAS CONTRADICTED OTHERS' CRITICISMS: (1) some said it leaks. Mine doesn’t. My bottle is half full. I just turned it upside down and shook it. BTW, it wasn't locked tho obviously the lid was shut. No liquid came out. You do need to be sure the lid is on straight. I had it leak once, but then discovered I’d put the lid on crooked. (2) The lid doesn't stay shut (that is, it pops open). Well, at first, I thought that was true but saw that if I flipped up the lock, that would solve the problem. That was good enough for me. But just a couple of days ago I noticed that, while it clicked when I pushed the lid down, if a pushed a little harder, it clicked again and then stayed shut. My bottle does not require I flip up the lock in order to keep the lid in place. Of course, if I travel, put it in a purse or backpack, I flip up the lock to ensure it won't open if the button is accidentally pushed by being jostled around. The durability question. As I said, I've only had it a couple of weeks. I also haven't dropped it. I dk that I would expect that a hard plastic bottle dropped on a hard surface wouldn't crack. If I have a noteworthy experience with durability, I'll add to this review. As of now, I recommend without reservation. Enjoy! Clarification: I just noticed that autocorrect changed “trenta” to “treats.” In hot weather I often buy an iced trenta herbal tea and thus this 30 oz bottle allows me to avoid using one-use plastics. Super durable and nice that it has a large opening. I work in a kit hen and slam water all day and hated my old water bottle that i couldent chug from. I've actualy bought this twice cuz i though i had lost my first one! Also i like the colors.

So far so good. I love the color and the bottle is the right size. The reason I knocked off a star is because the lid feels extremely flimsy and I'm worried it will crack/break easily. I don't trust the locking mechanism due to this. If this was fixed, I think they'd have a completely solid product.

Does exactly as it promises. Since my purchase about a month ago, the bottle has been in daily use either at the gym or on the golf course. I am about to buy one for my husband and a second one for me

This bottle is the best I've owned. I use it by my bedstand. It's easy to open at night with the press of my thumb. (No dropped cap or need to flip upp the cap.) It also has a straine so that the ice doesn't clog the opening. It has a caplock and a ring to attach ot to a backpack, etc.

It's fine as a bottle and holds water.... Just don't expect it to look good. There is a rubberized coating that wears off with use. Really poor design.

I am very happy with the water bottle I bought. I really like the choices of colors you can choose from. I also like that the top of the water bottle closes very tightly, so that it doesn’t leak. It also holds a good amount of water. I especially like that you can take it on airplane trips.
