Q: Does this include a mounting bracket?

Everything you need is included except instructions. There is no mounting bracket. Included is a chipboard template for drilling the holes in the door. The only thing missing from the template is the dotted line to line up the template with the vent window. I Googled tri five mirrors and found a pdf from Classic Chevy that had the step by step instructions. I just eyeballed where the dotted line should be and drew it with a ruler on the template provided. Then I followed the mounting instructions that I found online. You should get the convex mirror for the passenger side for the wider angle due to the vent window being a bit in the way for proper placement. Google tri five mirror location images for reassurance that you're putting them in the right place. God bless.

Don't know if they could withstand that. They seem to be pot metal that is chrome plated.

This includes a pair. One is a convex wide angle for the passenger side. No instructions are included but you can Google tri five mirror installation and find some online. I used instructions from Classic Chevy and just had to eyeball where the dotted line should be on the template provided. I drew it on the template with a ruler and then followed the instructions that I downloaded.
