Vixen War Paint Purple Rain Conditioning Hair Color

I recently had a red balayage done to my hair and needed a color refresh. My base color was a reddish orange, and it came out to a red-magenta (photo with straight hair) after using the shade "Mulberry Bush". It was a little different than I was expecting, but I fell in love it. I've been through a few washes already and the color has muted a little (photo with wavy hair), but it's still sticking around.If you found this color on Pinterest to achieve a cherry cola color, you need to be a natural brunette. If you're using it on lightened hair, be prepared for it to turn out bright magenta. My hair felt so soft and healthy after I used it. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to change up their hair color.

Turned out amazing. I have medium brown hair and ended up leaving it on for an hour because I have a lot of hair and wanted a richer color. So obsessed with the color. It does show up better if your hair is lighter. I can't help but recommend it from the amazing color and it hasnt harmed my hair. You will need to get gloves and I suggest using a shower cap just to contain the dye.

My 17 year old son now looks like Ronald Mc Donald! That bright red color is just not what we were going for :'( shaving his hair off tomorrow. It looks like a deep red/maroon color in the tube, but it's not showing is true colors! Next time we purchase a red, it will be Manic Panic, Vampire Red! It's what I used in high school for myself & I still love it :-D

Color deposit was horrible and spotty.

Bought this as a gift for my friend - she said it didn't color her hair very well. It did come super fast though, thanks Amazon!

Made my hair super soft but the color turned more pink than red. It washed out very quickly If anything I would only use this to retouch color.

Showed up extremely well even on a medium/dark brown
