Black Mountain Products Single Stackable Resistance Band

I have about 15 of the black mountain stretchy resistance cords. I think they're great.My only negative is that I wish they came with a small piece of fabric on the tube so that when you stand on them, put 'em under a bench, wrap it around a pole, etc. that the fabric would take the wear & tear and NOT the tube.An easy/cheap fix is to slip something like a sock (with the toes cut out) around the tubing if you.Other than that little critique... I love these and highly recommend them.

This band is good so far, does good. I have used a resistance band for exercise for several years now. I used a different brand and now trying this one. One thing to keep in mind when using bands, they will break eventually. I try and have a spare one on hand for when that happens. The resistance with these is different from what I am used to, in that these are stronger or the other brand was weaker than what it was rated as. I was using a 10lb rated band, ordered this brand in 8-12lb band it was heavier than I expected, could not use it. I will keep it though, never know might work up to it.

I love these. I have 8 of the purple bands now, and I use them with through the open frame of my garage to make an open bag divider into a multi station cable machine. 8 of these means I don't have to keep moving bands for different workouts and I can run through them like stations for HIIT training.I also like to use these with cable attachments. I have a lat pulldown bar and a tricep rope that I attach to these, and they work great once you find the range/distance you need to be at for the right resistance.

This is on the heavy side of bands which I love, but the problem is the stretch ability. I can easily do an overhead press with my 50 lbs bands (20 reps) but with this 70 lbs it’s impossible to stretch it far enough to even get one. Works well for some pull exercises but it’s a struggle due to the lack of elasticity.

I have a leash trained cat (We live on a main road and people are always speeding. It's for his safety). When we aren't going for walks, he is on a tie out cable bird watching. I use these to prevent the whiplash effect when he chases after the birds (still doesn't stop him from catching them once in awhile). It works for its intended purpose, but has to be replaced every 2 years because of cracking from being exposed to the sun.

I have a set of stackable resistance bands with the lowest level of resistance being 10lbs. I got this so I could stack in 5lb increments. After a couple of workouts, I have no complaints. It seems sturdy and high quality. Obviously wear and tear is the measure of how good any band is, so I will update this review if need be down the line. But so far I have no complaints.

This is by far the strongest resistance tube I have found thus far. I say it's equivalent to bodylastics 40lb because I have not found (a tube) heavier than 30lb. No band will equal the exact weight as advertised, but this one is strong and Ive added it to my resistance band set. I lifted weights years ago, but upon starting to lift again in my 40's I noticed the unnecessary abuse my ligaments and tendons endured due to resistance that should have otherwise been isolated to my muscles. The structure of resistance bands allows for a more natural form fitted to my body as opposed to risking injury with machines. Highly recommended!

I weigh almost 350lbs at 6’3”. Former football player, wrestler, lacrosse play, and active at the gym, but this atomic band is by far the toughest band I have ever used. In reality, I can switch my 30-35lbs dumbbells for these and still get the same or better results.

Very pleased with these top quality bands, a bit expensive I think, but you get what you pay for, Awesome!

If you want to get any serious millage out of your Black Mountain resistance band set, this band is probably the most essential. Just it alone is decent resistance for a workout, and it's a great foundation to stack up on.

Really awesome! Love it! I bought the large set of the other bands by bmp. Very happy. I am using them right now on my trip. No need to leave my fan to achieve a SOLID workout. Wish I took elastics seriously before!

The boss of all resistance bands. The construction is heavy-duty, it feels built to last. This thing definitely packs a punch. I'm glad to have completely my black mountain kit with this piece.

I've been using this band for over a month. Getting great results, no visible wear.Not five stars as Black Mountain bands don't label the weight on their bands. Have to refer to the guide from time to time to recall the weight when stacking.

This product was horrible. I was expecting a strong 75 lb band, what I got was a weak band, maybe 30 lbs of resistance. I'm use to my Bodylastics bands, which are GREAT. I purchased this band because Bodylastics doesn't manufacture any bands with resistance of more than 30lbs. Extremely disappointing.

muy buena calidad y fuerte. Es para personas fuertes y no para delagaditos aunque con tiempo se pueden. Se pueden usar para brazos, espaldas himbros etc.

great if you are looking for just a single band. one suggestion, the band is not marked at the resistance weight. If you have a few bands, i'd suggest getting a white marker and writing it down somewhere on the band. So many different bands, it is easy to forget which is which.

I've been using the band for about a week. Works as intended. Only critique is I wish it was thicker. I feel after a year of use it might start cracking.

no pensé que la tension fuera mucha pero es muy fuerte cuesta trabajo hacer algunos ejercicios la recomiendo para hacer pecho o sentadilla
