I don’t typically write reviews. I had to on this one when I saw the pictures and video reviews. If you don’t know how to use the product then it will not work as you expect it to. Before purchasing I learned how to apply properly to my knee and it has greatly reduced the pain I experience daily. I have a torn ACL and bone on bone joint. I use the tape every day and I have achieved a greater mobility and much less pain since using than any other treatment I have tried in the past 2 years. The tape IS NOT water proof and comes off very quickly in water but not when you sweat. Stays on all day where I put it and is comfortable enough that I don’t even realize I have it stuck to my knee at times. Will continue to purchase.

I have horribly unstable knees that like to dislocate on me. And the soft backs of my knees are very sensitive to anything bulky, so wearing a knee brace often does more harm than good and is reserved for when I've done pretty serious damage to the joint. Joint tape is the perfect solution, except that I have very sensitive skin. The tapes advertised as being for sensitive skin typically fall off within a few hours. This tape is a good middle ground. It'll stick for a few days and I get a few days of wear before it gets itchy. One tip to keep it sticking better is to wear clothing that's either very flowy or very snug. Friction will curl the edges quickly so you want your clothing to move with the tape or glide past it entirely. I sleep in leggings when wearing it or it's off by morning. The colour selection is nice because I can go bright with the pink or blue, utilitarian with the black, or let it blend in and be less noticeable with the nude. I'm very pale and it's just a bit darker than my skin, so if you've got darker skin, this one won't be a good match.

My wife broke all of her toes and foot a few years ago. She would get a shot in her foot as often as the health insurance would allow her to get these shots (very painful shot) every three months get a shot in her foot. Doctor had to use an X-ray machine to give her the shot. Most of the time she had pain in her foot. She has used this tape for about a month or longer. She says she doesn’t have any pain now when she uses this tape daily. Tape doesn’t leave any glue on her foot when she removes the tape. She wraps her foot around one time letting it overlap a little bit.

Great price, but it curls the same day. I use kt tape to support my foot due to a condition I have. Other tapes I leave on a couple of days with no problem. Will not be purchasing this brand again.

Love this tape! I use it for my horses legs and it sticks super well and lasts a long time.

I will not be repurchasing this brand. I use K Tape daily for wrist support and pain relief from a prior DRUJ dislocation (I have permanent instability and pain now). Looked like a decent price so I though why not try a multi-pack this time. Huge mistake. Being on my wrist, it gets wet a lot, not long after getting wet, the outer layer I have on unsticks itself and will not stick back. The inner layer, if it happens to not get wet adheres too tightly to the skin and leaves strings of the tape and a glue like sticky substance on my skin which is hard to remove and is irritating (other tapes I've tried leave little to no residue, are easy to remove, and doesn't uncurl when wet (and has lasted 3 to 4 days). This tape as soon as I wash my hands or do the dishes, it's done for, I have to constantly re-wrap it. Maybe the pack I got was defective, perhaps not, but I will not purchase again. I did however like the price, the colors, and the rolls not being pre-cut. While it was on and before it would get wet it did relieve my pain and provide ample support, but it's not waterproof like it claims and I need tape that lasts.
