These are truly very beautiful disposable placemats .. I almost hate throwing them away after we use them .. The main reason I got them was take with us to use when we go out to eat .. I found marron disposable napkins that match perfectly to take as well .. We get so many compliments on how pretty the placemats and napkins look .. I was absolutely appalled when I saw that this product contains lead!!! I was planning to use these for a big Easter get together, including many children…so if I had put these on the table, and put silverware on them, the everyone would be eating traces of lead…if I put napkins on them, people would be wiping their mouths with lead-contaminated napkins…kids would be touching these and then touching their food!!! I am just floored that this company can get away with selling this is the United States!!!!! They are pretty, but do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
