First off these chairs came terribly packaged, boxes practically opened. Chairs were covered in plastic bag and legs tied under the seats so at least you don't lose parts. I ordered these seats based on the fact that it was built to hold up to 500 lbs, I wanted durability for heavier people, the major problem is that the seat isn't actually made for larger individuals unless you have an average to small butt size. So if you are larger, this will not work cause the arms of the legs dig into your butt. In addition the foam padding is very uneven. I wanted to return but you have to pay to ship it back which right now, I'm not finding that to be cost effective. I regret buying these.

We spent over $600 for two sets of these chairs. I had done quite a bit of research and agonized over finding the perfect sturdy chairs (we entertain often and have a large family). When first out of the box, these seem like they are going to be more than adequate. We are almost a year into having these chairs and I wish that I would've gone with my original choice (not these). The legs wobble constantly no matter how much tightening of the bolts you do. The fabric also stains SO EASILY! I have slipcovers on these and even with that little protection, the upholstery is RUINED. Save yourself the money... buy different chairs.

I really liked these chairs. 3 of the 4 were truly wonderful, 1 of the 4 we purchased was lopsided. It was just purely, simply missewn. I considered that defective, and it bothered me considering the price I paid for the chairs. I asked the seller to exchange one chair for another that wasn’t missewn, and the seller opted to process a return request without specifying for 1 or 4 chairs, and wanted me to pay return postage, which I didn’t feel I should have to do considering that I didn’t send a lopsided chair to myself. Quality control before shipping would have easily remedied the situation, and better communication. When I contacted Amazon, Amazon reviewed my case and refunded me without me even requesting a refund. Which was nice of them to see that this wasn’t my fault, but I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted an exchange. Honestly if this seller had better communication, and was willing to make right a defect without expecting a customer to pay the difference, I’d have been perfectly happy with this order. The chairs are comfortable and plush and sturdy. It’s a shame that I couldn’t get a reasonable exchange on the one defective chair, though. Disassembling the other three which are perfectly fine, packing them into a box, and returning the entire lot is a headache and a hassle I neither wanted nor expected when the seller could have made a simple exchange of one chair. This wasn’t my fault, and even with a refund having been sent, I’m still being made to pay in time and efforts on a return I didn’t want. I just wanted an exchange. Replacing 1 chair would have been much easier on me than dealing with 4. All I can figure is this seller didn’t see my issues with the workmanship as valid and I guess wanted me to feel inconvenienced as he must feel. I don’t recommend a purchase from this vendor for that alone.

Bought this 4 pack for the family dining table. 300-lb family members have sat in them with total comfort. They are very sturdy, and the instructions for them are fairly clear and easy to follow.I purchased a cheaper set (half the cost) 2 years ago and needed to replace them only a year later. I am happy to say that this set is holding up much better.

Looking for chairs to replace the overly heavy cast iron dining room chairs I have had for years and I needed them to be sturdy like the cast iron, but not ridiculously heavy like the old ones were. If they could also be comfortable, great! Well these chairs tick every box. While entertaining a few guests at a BBQ I had several guests go out of their way to compliment the chairs. Easy to assemble, sturdy, and stylish!

I love these chairs,, get so many compliments from friends and family. I would definitely recommend them to others. Nice color and its easy to clean, its a challenge assembling it but once u assemble one it goes faster with the others. Very light and good price!

I loved the fabric, the color and the style of the chairs, but several of the chairs had paint on the legs that had been chipped or scratched. I did some of my own home repair with a black sharpie. But that is obviously not ideal! I bought 8 of them and it was a good deal financially. But you get what you pay for!

These are perfect! Our old chairs were falling apart. I wanted high quality and black wood legs to match our table. These fit perfectly! I almost want to buy two more to have a total of 6 chairs.
