The product is sturdy it came with a small air pump so we can inflate or deflate to whatever level is appropriate for him which is amazing. It has two sides of stimulation so he can pick which is better. Overall, a thoughtful and amazing product.

The Occupational Therapist uses a similar item in her practice. I bought two to see if my 3 and 5 year olds would stay seated at the dinner table. Works great for the 5 year old! We keep them on the low side of inflated, otherwise they are too distracted. As that changes over time we can always add more air. Worth the purchase!

UPDATE-the company responded immediately and apologized. They refunded my money and did not require me to return product. I did try to wash again with no luck, however I wanted to try product out before purchasing a new one. I wrapped in 2 pillowcases to try and reduce smell but then takes away the sensory aspect of bumps. My son has ADHD, and first time elearning so keeping him focused and in his seat has been a challenge. This is day 2 but he has stayed in his chair longer. I guess time will tell but I am changing my review from 1 to 3 stars for great customer service and that a pump came with product. —I received product and the odor is so strong I have a headache and feel nauseous. I don’t know what on this seat but it smells like WD-40. I rinsed in hot water and could not get the scent off. I can tell there is some product on it cause it bubbled like crazy just using water. It came in the right color and was easy to inflate. We haven’t used it cause I put outside due to smell so not sure how well it actually worked.

My son was recently diagnosed with Autism. We've had the hardest time getting him to sit through Mass and our inability to attend Mass together as a family was really trying for our family. He sits in one of these wiggle seats for his table work at Occupational Therapy so we thought we'd give it a try. It worked wonders. He still did a bit of his vocal stimming, but it was much less often and the rest of his restless, disruptive behavior was so diminished that we could actually sit together in Mass with all the other families without too much disturbance. Highly reccomend.

Great product. My son says it helps him to focus while allowing him to fulfill his need to move. He likes it better than a wobble chair because he is no tempted to spin (because he can't) and can move this cushion around with him to the floor, chairs, other classrooms. The teacher likes it because it's quiet and helps my son focus. It arrived quite quickly even with regular shipping and comes with a pump (huge plus)!. The price is much better than similar products out there too. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because the plug is a little loose and my son almost accidentally dislodged it. A little duct tape took care of the problem. On the flip side, the plug is easy to remove which means it is easy to fill or deflate as needed.

We have a few kids who can't sit still and we got this for one in particular who doesn't like to sit at the table and eat. He didn't like using it, but one of the other kids who is a little older does. Our kids are pretty rough on it, and so far it hasn't lost air or popped even with them jumping and standing on it, although I certainly wouldn't recommend doing that on purpose. It comes with a pump to refill the air, but so far we haven't needed it.

I was not nuts about these.. the chalk flaked off easily, had to rewrite some. I used them just like the picture above on paper straws... didn't stick, kept loosening... look cute, but didn't live up to my expectations...

It really has helped my wiggly son stay seated while completing homework and eating meals. I love that it can be inflated or deflated for preferences and has 2 sides. My other 2 children want their own and my mother in law wants a few to keep for the kids at her house, as well!
