Sole is extremely weak. The heal can't take rotation strain. They only lasted a couple of sessions
They fit fine and were comfortable, but the heals began ripping after only a couple of sparring sessions. They are not built for the strain of serious martial arts training or sparring. I returned a pair and got replacements and had the same problem.

Durable and comfortable
I first bought these shoes back in 2001 in the UK. I love them and they last very long moreso since I never used it for any indoor activity. Im here to purchase another pair. These shoes are the best!
