I got the Newa as a gift and I am pleasantly surprised at my results so far. This does not get too warm and if it does, I just make larger circles with it. This particular one came with four tubes of the lift gel for delicate skin. I would say that it is worth the money. I did a lot of research before asking for this.

I've purchased this item during BF sale in 2023. The return date was posted as Feb 1st 2024. Seller had then changed this return date to 1/15 at some point, and I was no longer able to return before the due date. What a scam. Also, most importantly, the device does NOT do anything. None. It only heats the face up but has no sign of tightening as marketed. I've used it for nearly 2 months only on one side of face to verify the results, and there is zero visible sign of any sort of skin improvement.

I like the device. I’ve been using it for two weeks already. I haven’t seen any difference yet, but will keep using and update the review in the near future. One thing though, my skin is very sensitive and the gel gives a burning feeling.

I bought directly from the company not through Amazon. First one shipped had to be returned because it didn't turn on. Customer service was fine they sent me a replacement. Had some issues with the 2nd one contacted customer service again and got a response like she was talking to a child who doesn't know how to follow directions. I purchased the more expensive rechargeable version. I followed directions and charged fully. Pamphlet says the charge should last 2 weeks, charge barely lasts through 2 treatments. So sometimes I have half my face done and the device stays cold. I have been using it for well over a month and see absolutely no difference in my skin. They say you should only use the gel that comes with it which is really expensive for what it is and how quick you go through it. I will use until I'm out of gel but will probably discontinue after it's gone. Not worth the money and my fault for not returning it.

This was so bad half the gel had fallen on the package it's was not closed correctly. And most of all the pink thing it came with didn't have a charger. I do not recommend buying this thing!!
