Easy Installation
Since I already had an extra water port installed under the sink, the only thing I needed to do was drill a hole through the counter, run and connect the line. Water filled the dispenser with no leakage and after doing the recommended purge of both the cold and hot water sides, turned it on and had both cold and hot water. My only complaint would be the replacement filters are a bit pricy, but I knew that before buying.

Bottom Catch tray does not line up and plastic is warped. Not worth the money
Bottom Catch tray does not line up and plastic is warped. Have not used even used unit. Water discernment tabs are flimsy. We now have to pay shipping to return a unit that is defective, we have not every used it due to the bottom catch tray issue. We had a Drink Pod 1000 series and loved it. This one does not even come close to workman ship for the money.
