True Taste of Italy
We first discovered this brand in Venice while on holiday. It was a revelation! We carried it back to the US, rationing it so it would last. We're thrilled you can buy it on line(which we've done more than once) and that it is the "real deal". I know it's expensive, but truly, it's worth every penny. We eat it drizzled on imported Parmesan cheese with arugula lettuce. My 17 year old even loves it!

The best balsamic in the world!
Seems expensive but it is the best quality there is. Plus you only need a small amount so it lasts a long time. Highly recommended

Finest balsamic
An elegant, complicated taste, which will add to everything you make with it… Salads, dressings of all sorts, and try it with ice cream! A very good value; compare with some of the Italian goods importers online and you’ll see what I mean b

I was thrilled to find I could order this exquisite balsamic vinegar. We recently finished the bottle we purchased when we were in Italy.

Ultimate Balsamic
This 25 year balsamic vinegar from Modena Italy is about the best you can come by for the price. I have tried the $140.00 2 oz bottle and this still beats it. Although in the past in was less acidic and more of an earthy syrup, sweet, deep in tones and complex palate. I use this for salads, vegetables, scramble eggs w/parmesian reggiano, and sometimes on the end of my finger. It makes an excellent Christmas gift and I have not had anyone NOT love it.

Big fan!
I've always used this Balsamic vinegar for special use like desserts and making olive oil dips for bread. Great quality and a little bit goes a long way. Worth buying.

and the answer is no -- this balsamic is aged so long that it has a complex hint of sweetness to it
I found this vinegar years ago at a little Italian shop in my old neighborhood. The owner suggested it and I hesitated due to price, but it's a total game changer and has been my go-to ever since. For starters, you only need a tiny bit -- add a few drops to your olive oil and you're set. People always ask me if I put honey or a sweetener in my salad dressing, and the answer is no -- this balsamic is aged so long that it has a complex hint of sweetness to it. Absolutely delicious. If you make caprese, this is a must-have.

Household staple
This is a very delicious balsamic vinegar, we use it to dress tomato salad, to make bruschetta for tomato sauce. It adds sweetness and complex flavor to tomatoes. A little goes a long way so for us the price is justified.
