Poor instructions and design compared to the competition.
In order for this device to work at all it must perform its function of giving support to the front, anterior part of each shoulder and pulling them back using the longitudinal back strap. If one follows the method given in the instructional video, however, the strap will not be secure and it will slide freely as the model does not feed the strap through the opening correctly. Putting the strap correctly through the "buckle" is the most important step and if one does not do as the model demonstrates and puts the strap through the next opening, the one with the friction grooves in it, the device can work, presumably as designed because then adequate force is present to pull back.Another shortcoming of the device is its one size. Although the models appear petite, the device better suits a larger person with broad shoulders. Furthermore, there is inadequate padding in the underarm, axillary part of the device. For slightly less money I tried the "Back Brace Solutions" device which had both adequate padding all around, size choices for small and large, with an ample and convenient velcro system to make it secure. It might have cost more to make but sold for less and works much better for me.

My first time wearing this and I have some concerns...
I'm a 5'9" woman with pretty broad shoulders. I had to cinch this so small to feel like it was doing anything, so like the previous reviewer said, I feel that this would be entirely too big for a petite woman ,like in the pictures. Even when it was cinched extremely tight, it didn't feel like I was in any different posture than I am normally. Probably the worst part is that the straps do not have enough thickness/support, so your circulation gets cut off under your arms. I really wanted to like this brace and was hopeful due to the positive ratings. Unfortunately, it was lacking in important aspects.

REVIEW FRAUD ALERT: horrible back support device
The back support brace is total garbage, that doesn't hold anything and is way too loose to be anywhere near useful. Of course the seller's deceptive practices are exacerbating the issue. All the five-star reviews are for some envelopes or greeting cards, not for the back support brace.

You can still slouch in this if you're a petite framed person.
Unfortunately, this doesn't provide the adequate resistance to keep me from slouching, I'm assuming due to it's size but I also suspect it could be that the coverage for your back isn't that great. It also has no padding in the armpit/under arm area so it will dig and I wouldn't do much in it other than sit and stand because it could cause chafing or a rash. I'd save my money and look into a different posture corrector. Such a shame.

Too small even if I wear a medium size shirt
I think this is designed for small body sizes. The problem is that the back support is too far up, close to the neck. I would have liked something which extended a bit lower to cover a bit further down to T5 or T6 which are the spine sections that bend the most.

Don’t waits your money.
Horrible. I’ve spent 30 minute adjust straps. At the end they were still loose and would not stay tight.

Well built, and does not loose grip like those velcro ones one
This one does not use velcro, instead it uses buckle to fasten. I find this to be very useful especially when I need to wear it for a long period. Velcro tend to loose grip very quickly, buckle does not have this problem. Overall very satisfied.

Worthless buy
So loose. There is no structure or proper form to it so help assist in posture correction. Waste of money.
