Needed a floor jack when my current hydraulic jack would not lift due to all the seals being shot. Decided to go with the 5-ton Amazon Choice offered at a great price to use in the garage and be carried in my vehicle for the possible emergency. I have used the vehicle manufacturer supplied jack and tools on many occasions in and around the "clean" streets of a major southeast Texas city and they can be a pain and possible dangerous to use. This vehicle battery electric unit comes in a sturdy case that is used for storage and to signal a vehicle breakdown with the reflective triangle on the outside! I appreciated the direct connect supplied wiring to the battery for the jack to function in addition to the several 12 Volt plugs inside the passenger compartment. I have tested the unit in my garage, and it functions steadily and lifts the vehicle easily, but I have not tested the impact wrench. If it works as good as the jack unit, it should be good to go!! Would recommend having the lug nuts torque checked after getting you and your vehicle to a safer location.

I got this for my husband. He drives a lot and often worries about mechanical issues that can delay him or put him in a seriously unsafe situation. We’ve had issues in the past we’re we’ve had to wait hours for AAA to do simple task. With this, he feels more secure while doing his routes in any weather. The tools are easy to use, light weight and fit perfectly in a sturdy box. The box itself was very impressive because of how durable it is. We opened it and tested the lift out, it worked just as expected. It is a low effort tool that provides the most needed equipment. I love that the gloves were added too, they are thick and can be used for multiple things. This would be a great buy for anyone who drives. It is simple and easy to use, even our 10 year old was able to change a tire with ease using it. We currently use it for Toyota Camry but was able to use it for our Toyota Sienna as well.Update: after a few months it completely stopped working. Used a total of 4 times

The cigarette lighter adapter doesn’t work when plugged in its designated spot. Power cord will only work when connected directly to the car battery. Other than that wrench works but doesn’t have a real control over the amount of power given that can feel like stripping the nuts. The device itself once plugged directly to battery works and is a back saver. Was able to lift my 2019 Camry XSE with ease and within 40 seconds. It kept it up as I changed out the brake pads. Product feels sturdy and has enough weight that you can feel at ease with it lifting the car up. Today is first day and time using and so far so good.

First off, the unit arrived in a plastic case that smelled like it was somewhat toxic and nauseating. Didn’t care cause it would be kept in the garage.Used it about 5 or 6 times within the 6 months I had it. Worked fine. The last time when I was jacking my car up, something inside the jack snapped, cracked the housing, and poured hydraulic fluid everywhere while the vehicle slammed down. Luckily, I was not under the vehicle and I had just positioned a jack stand underneath (was literally 2 seconds away from losing a couple of fingers while getting the jack stand’s seat set). Could’ve been a lot worse than being out $90 and having to clean up jack oil. It wouldn’t be too hard to include some sort of automatic (or even manual) locking collar/pin.Bottom line - do not buy, do not trust if you’ve already purchased. Had to go back to using my old trolley jack that’s seen more abuse than a truck driver’s coffee thermos. But at least it’s a lot safer and reliable.
