Alstertor Mustard In Beer Mug, 8.44 oz

I didn't think I would ever write a review about mustard, but here we are. This has a wonderful, mild, but unique taste without any of the bitterness/astringent taste your 'standard', off the shelf (American shelf) mustard has. I bought to use simply for a new german potato salad recipe I wanted to try. This stuff is so good, I am not sure you should call it 'mustard', but it is more of a pleasant 'spread'. I plan to use this for in a lot of other ways. The container seems a bit 'precious' but the contents are fantastic!

The mustard was delicious. I didn’t buy the mustard for the product itself, though. I admit I fell in love with the adorable mug. I love both! I bought one for my daughter who also loved the mug. Now she has one, too. We’re both very pleased!

This mustard is pretty reasonable, but the little mug is cute as heck. Let's be honest, you're probably not going to buy this so frequently that you have too many mugs. And if you do, you can give them to friends or something.

This is my favorite German mustard! It goes well with everything. The only reason it is getting 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the price. The exact same product can be purchased at World Market for nearly half the price.
