It's a very heavy-duty product. I find it reliable enough to be hung up with it!Customer service was truly top-notch. They are very responsive and stand behind their product.A few things to prepare for:-the assembly and installation were not the easiest, at least to me. Make sure you download Bilt app and watch their demonstration. It helped me a lot.-make sure you get the right size boot. There are 2 sizes.

The ankle boots seem like they could be better built. But I love the affect on my back!

Cheap- was damaged

Looked like it arrived by catapult rather than a truck but fortunately nothing was damaged. Assembly is easy enough BUT you really need to make sure you have plenty of space above the door frame (at least a foot) as you have to swing your feet up a bit to latch on. And after assembly, I found the best way is to get an underhand grip and then swing your feet up and over to catch. Please, I really believe this item can be helpful but if you can't do a pull-up or perform super basic acrobatics then maybe a chair might be far easier.
