I am a business owner doing my business part time. I am unable to see my employees are working or not. But with this software i could record all the calls, To whome they calling. By analyzing call data you can know when they taking breaks, when they started working...etc. Its really great hardware come software. When we compare the cost with cloud telephone its very cheap. i used it for more than a year. But i lost it when i am shifting office. Again I want to buy. Korecall people support well. But they do delay. Instant they dont get back to us. Thats one of the problem

This device has no instruction. CD software says installed ...
This device has no instruction. CD software says installed but no icon or shortcut to use. No luck either by going to program files.It has 4 installation files but non of them gets you anywhere to see if there is any recording. Requested assistance by email. If that fails it will have to be returned.
