First Period on De Lune Cramp Aid... and I’m Amazed
My cramps have always been painful, whether I take OTC pills or herbs, or both. I tried this for the first time this week... I’m truly amazed by how well this works.Day 1: I missed the first day, because I did not have the product yet. I had taken 2 Naproxen Sodium with Brazen/PMS and Cramp Relief herbs and Solaray’s Menstrual herbs twice. Once in the morning and once in the evening, the doses are the same. I was in pain, but doing okay. Of course, day one is never my worst day.I was not happy I took 4 pain reliever in one day and this is something I’ve been aiming to avoid. Most period supplements say you should take them all month, and this is also extremely costly. Some work okay, others not at all. So, I find myself regularly taking herbs and period supplements as needed.Day 2: This is normally my worst and heaviest day. I was bleeding very heavily. I took De Lune Cramp Aid only on an empty stomach. It was fast acting in less than 30 minutes. I may have felt a mild uncomfortableness, but overall the pain was gone! I also had energy and wasn’t lethargic. This was amazing to me. I started getting pain again later in the evening and took the dose as prescribed again. It worked immediately and I felt so much better on this period than I ever have. I was able to function normally, and not feel the need to lay down in bed, all scrunched up and, not wanting to move. It truly was so much better than expected.Day 3: Usually is equivalent to day 2. I followed the exact routine as before and had the same results. No other herbs or OTC pills were needed.Day 4: I’m on day 4 now. Normally I would still have cramps, but they’re actually gone. I feel normal and haven’t had to take the cramp air yet.If this keeps working, I will actually be able to reduce intake of OTC pills, or completely stop taking them altogether. This is exactly what I’ve been trying to do for so long, as taking OTC pills is extremely bad for us, and long term use can only cause more harm to our bodies and health problems which we all want to avoid. As far as people saying they’re burping up a weird taste all day, for me it was hardly noticeable. On an empty stomach I burped a couple of times tasting herbs, but it was a mild taste and not that bad. If I ate around the time of taking them, then it was even less noticeable. Personal, I think this complaint is not a big of deal. Considering it’s such a small little issue, and the product is seemingly doing such a great job with pain relief. Plus, almost all herbs when you burp taste funny, so it’s not something that I think can always be avoided. Nonetheless, it doesn’t bother me.I really appreciate that this is natural and actually helps with pain relief. So many market their herbs as pain relieving, and they aren’t really good at that. Most of them help with inflammation and very mild pain relief, but if you used them by themselves most would still need OTC pills. While using De Lune Cramp Aid I didn’t need OTC pills at all, and that is a FIRST!Cons: Price and stronger formula:The price is a bit costly per capsule, but I think I may be one of the lucky ones that will be able to make this last for 3 to 4 cycles if it continues to work the same. However, I hope to see the price drop if able to, as to make it more affordable. For those who have to pay for it every month it could add up quickly, especially during a time when so many don’t have jobs. I will say this, I’m not spending as much overall taking De Lune Cramp Aid, as I only have to take it as needed, when comparing to the other products I buy. Brazen PMS relief by itself is more expensive than one box of De Lune Cramp Aid. Plus, with taking Brazen Cramp Relief, Solaray Menstrual relief, and OTC pills, my costs are usually 4x more with all of the above than with Cramp Aid alone. Plus, I have to take the concoction more often, which means I have to purchase it more often. With De Lune Cramp Aid it looks like I’ll only have to purchase it every couple of months if it continues to work like it did this cycle. So even though I do pay more per capsule with De Lune, the price, and overall cost is so much less. So I do end up saving more money than I ever have on period relief costs. Although this is a con, I do recognize the positives. Some people seem to need a stronger formula, and I hope to see that come to fruition for those needing it. Being in excruciating pain every month really makes it hard to get things done in life. Having to go to the doctor or taking a lot of OTC pain meds is just not healthy and only leads to other long term issues. All of which will cost a buttload of money. I hope to see companies focus on making stronger, affordable, natural formulas for period and overall pain relief so women can live a normal and pain free life as much as possible. In doing so will only create long time customers. It would be a win win for all.Overall: This is an absolutely amazing product that works for me. I would definitely recommend trying it out, and you may be the 80% that no longer have those painful periods. For the other 20%, I hope this helps with relief until you find something that works for you.Of course I will update you on my next cycle. See you next month for hopefully positive results!

Ok but not great
I've used these for my last 3 cycles. I've yet to determine if they actually help or not. I still have to take naproxen and ibuprofen, I still have to be in constant contact with my heating pad, and I still am in no function to work the first day of my period. I can't quite tell if my cramps do feel a little less severe than they used to be or if it's a placebo effect in my head because I want them to work.I take other supplement and this is the only one I've noticed that has a taste - a bad one at that. They cause me to burp and I can taste them all over again every time, even hours later. It also feels like they're sitting in my throat for a long time (I chug water to try to get rid of the feeling but no luck). They also for some reason cause me extreme heartburn (which is probably why they make me burp). They could be worth a try for you...I'll try them another 3 months and see if there's any improvement but I'm not hopeful. I do have endometriosis so my cramps are probably more terrible than someone without any menstrual conditions.

Palm Oil in ingredients :((
I think this product is ok, it did not take all my cramps away. I hated the fact that the ingredients have PALM OIL. Please if you are going to use recycled paper or anything else PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PALM OIL TO A MORE SUSTAINABLE AND HEALTHIER OIL. I would much prefer Olive oil or Avocado oil and I would be willing to pay the higher price. The Palm Oil used is a deal breaker for me because it is nearly impossible to find it sustainability!! I unfortunately will not repurchase.

Worked for me from the first test (and the second test, and the third...)
I also tried the Steady Mood, which I found to be a useful thing to take long-term for my personal needs, but that one took a cycle or two before I really started to appreciate the benefits. Cramp Aid is MUCH more noticeable. Like within 20 to 30 mins. I shared with some friends and they also had lower cramping and pains around that time frame.Anyway, this is a super find for me because a) I have Celiac Disease and this is GF (the first filter I have to run things through b) all-natural and safe for long-term usage, which is a plus because I worry about the build-up of bad side effects from regular painkillers like ibuprofen, which doesn't seem great to pop for years on end c) it WORKS, which I was surprised by. Like, if we could formulate plant-based stuff that could stop period pain, why was I taking drugs all these years? Seemed too good to be true, and to be honest, it didn't take away 100% of the symptoms, but it was 80%+ and worked quicker than I expected.I was also a little skeptical of the price vs low-priced painkillers that are like a dime a dozen, but trying this personally changed my mind. I used to take a ton of ibuprofen/whatever every month. Like multiple a day. Swapping that for something that actually works with my body naturally (and is even good for me!) is totally worth a few extra bucks. It's my body, and I don't get another. Also, I took a bunch of pictures bc I thought there was a bunch of cool info not shown on the regular pictures.
