I like the product all the channels works perfectly. They also have a good customer service if you have any question.

You do not get the easy to use interface shown in amazon, I had to be walked thru installing other products so I could get lists of movies I had scroll thru to find something to watch. After less than a week I received a message that my account was blocked, they provided a new portal, which provided worst options(originally I had lists of movies dubbed in spanish). If all that is not bad enough, the 8 hour or more response time thru chat is ridiculous

I bought it last year. I haven't enjoyed watching anything because of buffering and freezing images. after few months 99% of the channels do not work at all "this video cannot be played". This is the message that I read all day every few minutes. I have sent them several emails, but no answer at all!Do NOT buy it!!!!!

First I will say some positives. You do get a lot of Bein channels, alot of the channels are in HD so the quality is good. There is a lot of selection.Now the bad news Some channels that you want to watch will have a message Cannot play video: 261, After some time the channels will freeze so if your watching a movie you will have to reselect the channel to refresh it. The timeshift that they claim to have 200 channels but the truth is that there is only 5 timeshift channels and most of them are named test! The EPG guide shows about 10 channels and all of them are MBC1, not very helpful at all. The radio option doesn't work. The apps option. The netflix works but Shahid doesn't work. The youtube works but its an old version that doesn't allow you to log in so your forced to search what you want instead of using your recommendations. Youtube will also close unexpectedly if watching something longer than 5 min. Google play asks for your login credentials and after you enter them they return saying you cannot connect to the google servers, so apps like google play and rendered useless. The customer service is horrible, if you have a problem, they basically ignore you until you send several messages and emails. Even when they respond, they just say we are adding new channels all the time and just dance around the current issues instead of addressing and resolving them. I am happy to get the Bein channels and some arabic, american and english channels (i say some because some of the listed channels don't work) but really the product is not good and inferior to other similar units by other companies. My final thoughts is don't buy this product. Save your money and buy another unit.
