Had it 6 months now and are pleased so far. It’s comfy and good looking! Buying a couch on Amazon seems a little weird. There was one guy delivering it by himself, but fortunately, we had some people working at the house that helped him bring it up the driveway. Signature by Ashley did not have a matching ottoman, but we found a similar one on Amazon that goes perfect with it.

As far as loveseats go, this one is snuggly and comfortable. Curl up by yourself with a good book and some tea or next to a loved on in front of the fire.The item came wrapped in foam sheeting, inside a cardboard box (thick walled). The manufacturer was careful to make the shipping container protect the product, which is nice. We have seem some furniture arrive simply wrapped in plastic, not the best way to keep it clean, nor undamaged. This was completely different- unless the sturdy box was damaged, there was no way this couch was going to be in poor shape when we opened it. Flawless. Plus, the kids love playing with a huge box - bonus!The Ashley brand craftsmanship is found in this piece of furniture - tight seams, beautiful button features, lovely wooden feet (detachable), and hefty weight throw pillows that will last. Let's go through it piece by piece:- Throw Pillows: Jacquard woven fronts with the leather-look backs. Interior is 100% waterfowl down, accessable via zipper on one side of the pillow. This is great if you want to add more feathers or replace them. The background is a confederate gray with overtones of tan. It's a difficult color to explain, but it goes perfectly with my stone blue wall paint. I would suspect if your walls were tan, it would shift towards the tan color more.- Design: The stitching is a nice tan against the medium brown of the faux leather print. The tack work (the round beads/design) are tight and have a nice finish that is slightly darker than the overall couch color. The Amazon photos do a good job capturing the colors.- Cushions: The bottom cushions are removable and have a zipper in the back for interior access if you want to replace the foam cores inside as the couch ages and possibly loses some of it's spring. I presume this from my other couches that have needed some puffing up after 5-6 years of kids and small group studies in our home. The back cushions do NOT come off the couch. They are attached at the back and underneath. They do have a zipper along the bottom to allow for the changing ou of the material inside as well. In having been on real leather couches, I would say this one has a synthetic feel to it (it is a faux leather by way of looks) but it is comfortable and seems to spring back into shape when you get up to leave for another location.- No flame retardant applied: for those of you who are concerned with harmful chemicals in flame retardants, this couch skips those and clearly lets you know that you shouldn't have flammable things near the couch (cigarettes, candles, etc. that could touch the couch and ignite it).While we have only had the couch for a few days, I will be sure to update (as we update all reviews) if we find the wear and tear of time are not kind to this piece of furniture. We have 2 middle schoolers, a cat, and a dog.. and a lot of small group studies in our home, so it will see its fair share of work! I have attached a lot of photos for reference so you can get a closer look at how it is put together.Update January 2018: Not enough amazing things I could say about his. We recently ordered the matching couch - yeas three years later- to match. We moved and needed more sitting space. Because the loveseat has held up so well, we decided to purchase the couch. We looked high and low and the Amazon price could NOT BE BEAT. I am updating this review from the couch version. I would say three years in and the brown has faded a tad bit, but to be fair we had it in a room awash with sunlight everyday. The back cushions are due for some added batting, and the seat cushions could use an added layer of foam to firm them up. Still, a HUGE winner compared to our Brouhill recliner couches we got and had more instantaneous flattening and no way to add to them. At least with these couches I can unzip the cushions and add some more in or replace it all together. The other big win is the cats scratched at the loveseat off and on for 3 years and NOT A SINGLE MARK!! I can only attribute this to the microfiber weave. We have linen covered dining chairs and the cats snag them at the smallest stretch-scratch. I know it’s hard to believe, but the no mark loveseat was the #1 reason we ordered the couch size. It’s cat-proof.

This is a beautiful couch. Would highly recommend. Love it!!

I absolutely love love love this sofa. Unfortunately when I received it, the frame was broken in the back and the front cushion is torn. This makes it totally useless. Really too bad. The one and only cushion I can sit on (if I don't lean back too hard) is really comfy and exactly what I was looking for. I've tried to do the exchange online but the website tells me that "something went wrong, choose the other option" . Ok. I try the refund option and again the "something went wrong message". Yes, something did go wrong...... my sofa is garbage.UPDATE: I was able to contact Amazon Customer Service through online chat. The CS Rep, Christopher was very helpful. He has ordered a replacement which I should receive in 2 wks. and they will pick up and return the broken sofa at no additional charge to me. We'll see what they bring me, but for now I am a happy Amazon shopper. We live in a very rural area, 2 hours from any decent shopping so Amazon is our best friend. I've had nothing but good experiences with them and am so happy they are going to make this right.UPDATE: I was able to contact Amazon Customer Service through online chat (took some looking to find). I did not sccept it because it was detective

We are very pleased with the look and quality of this sofa. The fabric looks like leather but is soft and warm. I read that it is not as appealing for cats to claw as many fabrics, and so far that is true. Two of our cats misbehave badly and so far they have left this alone and used their scratching post, which is a miracle really. The seat is firm enough. We don't like to sink into a couch. The seats are too wide for me (which is how it always is) but with a pillow behind me my feet touch the floor. And the pillows are super nice. The sofa came damaged, with a cut in the fabric on one arm. We decided to keep it anyway as we had already given away our old furniture. I talked to Amazon about it and they made it right. So now the negative: we ordered the matching love seat at the same time. It appears to be lost in transit. How do you lose a love seat? Anyway another is ordered and it will be weeks yet before we receive it. So this has been frustrating. If you are considering this furniture, you will probably be happy with the quality. But you may have trouble with shipping, both for time and with damages.

the couch arrived tonight. ..Raining like hell....heavy, long and big.....The guys that brought in in were great!!Arrived in perfect condition... Very comfy....solid and is well worth the price....It's a...Ashley so that says a lot there. It will be my last piece of furniture and it will sure last a long time.a "P.S. to this review....I have had this couch a few days now....."in time for todays superbowl" and it is firm, very solid and well made... Comfortable to sit on or lay down on... I'm 6 foot and 245 pounds......I do recommend it and think it's worth the money....
