This was everything I expected plus more!Great conversation starter.I play an online game, Junes Journey. Throughout the hidden difference game we often have to search for the Hourglass.I actually purchased this for myself as it symbolizes the game I adore. It actually keeps time, maybe a minute or so off but I can live with that.Well made and came perfectly packaged. No damage whatsoever so this tells us it was well packaged. I had several styles to choose from and decided on this. It can go with many styles of furnishings.Also you can select several colors of sand. I was tempted to go with black but on 2nd thought I cjose traditional white sand as I worried one couldn’t see the black sand easily.

Great One hour sand timer.

This is a beautiful timer. However, the one I received seems to have some moisture inside the glass on both sides. When the sand flows through from top to bottom (either side), it leaves a thin ring of sand around the middle of the upper glass. It is distracting from the beauty of the piece. I plan to return it. If I could be sure of getting one without this flaw I would buy it again. But I don't want to go through the process of buying and returning again.

It was bought for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day to put on his desk. He loves it. The quality is great the black sand is beautiful. It’s nice and large. Everything I thought it would be.

Very nice

This hourglass is great looking and pretty close to an hour. It did take a few turns to get the sand moving well through the hour glass as it was below freezing on the day I revived it. The hourglass was a perfect gift for a colleague.

Please ensure the cap bolts are at least finger tight. Mine came quite loose but was in good shape otherwise. I'm very happy with the purchase. I would purchase it again.
