Great vitamins! They got me through pregnancy and the first year of breastfeeding. I checked my blood for deficits a few times and everything looked great. They are tolerated well and the quality of ingredients, as well as the list of necessary ingredients, look great. Orthomol is known for high quality control. I have a feeling I had more energy when I took them (I stopped a couple of times when there were problems with monthly subscription replenishment). I tried other brands targeting pregnant audiences and was less happy with them. Went straight back to orthomol and couldn’t be happier

I would give a 5 stars but I ordered the wrong one, I needed immune and not prenatal vitamins. But anyway, love the product.

I have been pregnant more times than the average, and now take prenatals over regular vitamins as they boast optimal nutrients. However with these, I may have met my match. Completely well rounded, I feel like I may be taking too much now! I will say that while yes for some with low tolerance for pills, this can be a bit much on a daily basis, however when you factor a few pills and consider its providing everything your body and little one or soon to be needs, who cares, pop the pills. These did not cause me to react and I took them on an empty stomach, at mealtime and then as recommended with the brown capsules at evening. No reaction at any time so I’d say for most these will be fairly gentle. They are well packaged and directions are clear. You know what you are taking/consuming and there are precautions for certain tablets such as the iodine so refer to your Dr prior to starting. Care has gone into the Preparation..Testing..ManufacturingPackaging and I trust the credentials and qualifications. Costly but well worth it.

Gewohnte Qualität. Guter Geschmack. Einfache Einnahme durch das Pulver welches man im Wasser löst. Zusätzliche Zufuhr von Wasser. Ich persönlich nehme lieber ein Getränk als fünf Tabletten. Mir und meinem Baby geht es durch die Einnahme gut. Auch in der Stillzeit zu empfehlen.

Das ist der beste Vitamin-Komplex! Schon in den ersten Tagen der Anwendung habe ich eine deutliche Verbesserung meines Wohlbefindens gespürt: neue Energie, mehr Vitalität und bessere Laune! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich habe in der Schwangerschaft eine Erkältung bekommen und da es jetzt eh auf den Herbst/Winter zu geht, hat mir meine Freundin Orthomol empfohlen. Die folsäuretabletten lass ich dafür weg, weil Folsäure enthalten ist. Ich fühl mich sehr gut damit und gegen meine Erkältung hat es mir auch geholfen.

Hat mich durch die gesamte Schwangerschaft begleitet. Der Geschmack ist ganz in Ordnung. Durch Orthomol natal fühlte ich mich immer recht fit und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass ich nicht oft krank wurde. Bitte vorerst mit einem Arzt besprechen !
