HALOBolt Compact Portable Car Battery Jump Starter with USB Ports to Charge Devices - Silver Graphite

A few years back, I inherited a Jeep Patriot. Inside it was a Halo Bolt battery jumper. After looking at it, it was hard to believe that this little thing could actually jump start a dead battery! But, not long after that my battery actually died, and I was desperate, and decided to give the little Halo a try. I was gobsmacked when it worked perfectly, and jump-started a totally dead battery! This little guy has earned our trust, and so I bought a second Halo Bolt, the Compact version, for our other Jeep! This smaller unit, has the same specs as the older, and slightly larger one I got with the Patriot. I strongly recommend this excellent product to anyone who wants to make sure they don't get stuck with a dead battery in their vehicles! Small, well made, and easy to stow, you will NOT be disappointed in the Halo Bolt Compact!

We had to recently use this on our little convertible. The battery was dead. Easy to follow instructions- just attached the red and black cables to your battery. Push the little button, wait for green light and then start the car. Worked like a charm!! Highly recommend this Halo car jumper.

Got a fancier version of this for my wife after a friend with a HALO device rescued her. Got this one for myself as I don't drive my Hybrid often and the 12 volt battery occasionally runs out of steam. As it happens, I needed it today and it performed as expected.There are so many nice touches. The directions for use are right there on the bag that holds the device. The charger has the HALO logo on it, a thoughtful convenience in this age of accumulating drawfuls of charging devices. The operation couldn't be simpler or more intuitive, but just in case, the included instruction book covers all bases. This is SUCH a well-thought out product!

Always a good item to have on hand! Has come in handy for us on numerous occasions.

Battery life lasts for awhile and doesn't take as long as you'd expect to charge. I've used it camping for the light and to charge things. I've used it for the air compressor, it did overheat and shut off at about 2.5 tires, but my pressures were low; after airing up the remaining tires I'm pretty sure I still had more than 70% left on the battery. I wish the cable length was longer so you could set it down and let it air up without having to hold it for some tires. The light is bright. I haven't had to jump start anything yet, but when I do, I expect this will do the trick just fine.

On the past year I have used this product 4 times to help others start their car. A lot easier and safer to use than jumper cables. I have been able to start 4 vehicles on one charge.

I bought 3 of these!! I keep one in the shed with the lawn mower because the battery needs a jump in the spring. I keep one in my car and one in my husband's truck thar has the inflator option for a flat tire. We wouldn't be without one. Greatest idea someone had!!!
