Birkenstock Women's Open Toe Mules, Black, 5 AU

My pair of Birkenstock came in perfect condition. It did arrive on the last expected delivery day - August 18th, twenty some days after the product was purchased - but then again, it was international shipping all the way to South Korea. Foot size is as expected; however, Narrow would have been a better choice, but that's my fault. No ugly smells, no scratches, no scars; overall, great product!

They are very comfortable - but you must get the correct size otherwise the shaping of the sole bed can make it painful to wear these. I love the Amazon price - I live in New Zealand and it's quite ridiculous that I can get these for around $60 shipped straight from Germany but I would have to pay $190 to get them at a local shop!

Great product but a little to big.

I could have used an easier way to translate sizes from European to my feet. Perhaps print an outline we could printout & step on to see what size to order.

I love the look of these but they did not fit me correctly. I have very small feet, very short and wide. I just couldn't get used to the fit. They killed my feet the next day but I believe it was because they were to big. I'm sure that if they fit right they would be very comfortable. I will stick with my Naot's. Good seller though they shipped quick and were very responsive to the Return.
