Does it take a lot of strength to use these glove holders?

Not a lot of strength. Compared to possibly twice the force of an old fashioned clothes clip

A little stiff and hard to open

As mentioned- they are stiff and hard to open. I don't expect them to last long and it seems they might break in half. still I need them, and its possible my fingers have just gotten weak :D - so 4 stars

Weak clips

Clip strength is weak. My gloves are constantly falling out or the clip comes off of my pants. I don’t clip it through a belt loop cuz I don’t want my gloves that high up so I clip it on my pocket. I’ve done this with all other clips I’ve used in the past, these are the only ones that can’t seem to stay on.

Good quality

I got a pair of these years ago on the job site. Great for carrying around your work gloves and always having them available. These are good quality, great retention, and good price for three of them.
