I'm 61, and these headphones fit me fine. However, I think that asking about age is the wrong question; the right question would be about head shape. IOW, do they fit my head? When I was younger and getting my pilot's license, I didn't get David Clark headsets. Why? They didn't fit! I could never raise the ear cups high enough, so that the top of the cup would bend my ear.
