My elder mom had inflamed gums with recurring infections and now that she uses this three times a day, her gums are great with no longer having infections. This has a very light mint taste and it's very gentle.

My dentist recommended this mouthwash - it has zinc in it and ever since I have used it twice a day every day for over 10 years the amount of colds our family has in minimal and taste great

I bought two bottles and waited awhile before giving a review. I am very pleased. One thing I was very happy and surprised about was how fresh and clean my mouth feels. I think that is because of the Oxyfresh. I use this product in my Waterpic each night before bed. For years I used a "Listerine-knock-off" mouthwash from Walmart or Family Dollar. I had a tooth break off and had to get an implant. To help me heal my dentist recommended StellaLife oral rinse. It is a great product, I like it, but it has gotten way to expensive. Every time I needed a bottle the price would go up, now it's over $33 a bottle. I can't pay that. So I started searching for a more affordable replacement and found this Pro Formula. A lot of reviewers said they don't like the peppermint flavor & thought it was too strong. I had no trouble with it and do not feel it is strong at all. (They also make a lemon peppermint that I thought could be similar to StellaLife but I haven't tried it. I just bought two more bottles of the peppermint. I was pleased to see a lot of dentist recommend it and also if you notice in reviews people say it has improved their gum health. I am happy to learn that as it contains zinc, a great healer. If you are hesitating like I was, just get one bottle and try it. I'm really glad I did.

A bit expensive but have been using this daily for years and it seems to have made a big difference in the health of my teeth and gums. No alcohol like some others. The zinc with a hint of mint works well.

This is a wonderful product. I've been using it for 25 years. I started out with pretty advanced gum disease which quickly improved, and I've never had it again. I use this product together with oxyfresh toothpaste twice a day. These products are so mild and pleasantly tasted. You don't need to rinse with water at all. Pro variety is the best since it contains zink oxide, which kills bacteria without compromising your mucus membranes natural immunity.

It doesn't have fluoride in it. Nice mint flavor and keeps my mouth fresh.
