Great product to help you fall asleep !

Works great, a little pricy

I really like this product, it helps with muscle soreness and recovery. It is easy to take and they give a huge supply for the cost. It does not relax me or make me sleepy. But it does also me to maximize my rest and get back up and go workout again. I combine it with a casein protein shake to help feed my muscles. This has definitely made its way into my nightly routine. I am giving it four stars because it does not make me relax or sleepy, but that could be my own system. Give it a try.

A few months ago I stumbled onto this product when I was looking for something to help me get a great night sleep while I was under a lot of stress at work at the time, and let me tell you, this product help me relax and sleep like a baby during that time. It is very relaxing, you wake up refreshed, and basically I just loved the way I was able to sleep better and get back on track be more focused ect. As you can see on the pic I decided to purchase it again since it help me relax a lot more at night and sleep better. Great product and it accomplishes what is intended to. Highly recommended

Really does help with sleep recovery

I've been struggling with 3am insomnia for awhile now...more than likely perimenopause issues. Was trying to avoid melatonin as it gives me weird dreams, bought this with high hopes and was let down the first night. Night one started with the recommended 3 pills and I felt awful, my heart was racing as I was trying to fall asleep, my body was tingling and then I don't remember much for a few hours then it was tossing and turning for hours feeling dizzy and confused. Not a great feeling. Decided maybe 3 is too much so second night tried just 2, same feelings but didn't last as long and awake way too early and not able to fall back asleep. I don't have the courage to try a third night with just 1 pill so instead I will be switching back to my melatonin and weird dreams. Kinda disappointed in the money spent.

Great product. I don’t like the effects and grogginess I get from melatonin, and gave this a try. I fall asleep fast and get great, balanced sleep according to my Garmin watch. I feel refreshed in the morning, not groggy at all. The magnesium is high quality (research the types of magnesium and effects, this is the one you want for sleep!), and the product has been consistent every time through six bottles now, with some supplements that isn’t the case. Highly recommend this one, I’ve tried a lot and it’s the perfect choice.

I found this helped me get to sleep, and I did feel rested the next day, but according to my sleep tracker it didn't help me improve the amount of deep sleep I was getting.
