Mochi is made of rice! The rice is beaten to a gluten consistency, if that makes sense.

What's the texture of mochi?

A soft gummy with a sweet, paste filling. These particular mochi are a good place to start for someone who has never had it in my opinion. There is more gummy than paste. They are addicting!

how many does it bring?

Depends on which one you order. There are eight to a pack, and the number of packs depends on which option you pick (three packs for melon, strawberry, and orange; etc.)
