5 Star service with our 2X3 gazebo. An amazing piece of kit easy to erect even without instructions. We had a problem once it arrived but this was solve with no complaints from the company. The cost for post is £50 to the uk there is NO charge for custom contrary to brexit. Expect delivery to be around 2 weeks with DPD. A superb service and a superb solid gazebo. We will definitely order from them again.

Bought two gazebos for Xmas social distancing. On one the roof kept having large collections of rainwater that bent the framework and needed emptying constantly. This one .. Bastion ... didn’t do that ever. It has withstood three named storms! We do have weights for each corner. Really happy with it ... it lost one star as no instructions and no guy ropes!

This is well constructed and GPS quality. The canopy is a very tight fit so it took four people to get the frame to its locked position. Once done, it provides a sturdy shelter.

The frame is fairly sturdy, the fabric cheap and ‘plastic-y’. The sides were very slightly different sizes which, although can be made to fit, does take away from the overall look. The 2.5 x 3m dimensions are unusual and fits our space well.The delivery was outrageously and unnecessarily painful. After waiting a week beyond the promised delivery date I requested a refund via ‘contact seller’. The response was simply ‘hi’ and your tracking number is... So not very reassuring. It has arrived now (although the delivery has been updated as lost).In the meantime, we ordered another so now we have two gazebos. I want to be understanding, especially in these challenging days. It would be much easier, had communications been more accurate and an acknowledgement of the inconvenience.

Awful, said it would take a about two weeks to arrive and nearly 3 months later still haven’t got it. Don’t recommend you buy this at all.

An excellent sturdy gazebo which is perfect for my market stall. I’m really happy with my purchase and the customer service received.

Good product but not as easy to put up as I was lead to believe from the description - sturdy and did well in the rain but not sure it is 100% waterproof as the material is a little flimsy

Brilliant value for money gazebo. Lent out for a charity event, came back damaged where had been dropped, seller kindly supplied replacement part, now good as new. I've had several gazebos from other suppliers, this is the best one yet.
