Fits ott lamp
My mom has an ott lamp. They are price little suckers and if you go to them the replacement bulbs are pricey. I decided to try this replacement bulb for her. It fit. It costs tons less. And I have a happy mom!!!

Good replacement for OEM bulbs.
Didn't quite fit my light socket in original form. I had to shave a little plastic off the locking tabs to get it to snap in place. After that, all was fine.
