Sensitive body movement detection
Put them in the restrooms at home, the body movement detection is relatively smart and sensitive. The light is just good to light up a small dark restroom room at night or during the day. The build quality is good.Con: the neck doesn't hold a sharp bending position very well. I hope the timer could be longer than 30 seconds, LED doesn't cost much energy why not light up a few minutes in stead?

Awesome product for the right application
I have an old house. Stair lighting was not something that was installed back in the day. I have an outlet at the top of the stairs where I used to have a nightlight. It would help to identify where the stairs met the landing, but it didn't illuminate the stairs. Going down the stairs at night was always a bit risky. This little guy is going to save someone from falling. The one product improvement I'd recommend to the manufacture is a 3-pronged plug. The device doesn't need the 3rd prong for grounding purposes, but it would help to hold the lamp in place. Only having 2-prongs allows the lamp to droop and loosen. Even if a 3rd prong was not used, having the extended base would add surface area below the two receptacle prongs, and this would help to keep the lamp from drooping from its own weight. If you find this review helpful, please let me know by clicking the "Helpful" button below. I also appreciate relevant comments.

Bright motion detected nightlight
the motion sensor is great (not overly sensitive like some sensors can be); the light is bright and stays on for about 20 seconds. the flexible gooseneck makes adjusting where to shine the light is a plus.

Personality!
We have some stairs--two or three steps--between some of our rooms, and they're hard to see at night. We plugged these lights into an outlet close by and they completely solve the problem. As you approach the steps they turn on and light your way. I can't imagine a product being more ideal for the situation, worrking any better, or costing less. What's more, they're so darn cute. They remind me of the lamp in the Pixar movie. They've just got oodles of personality built into their design. I haven't actually named mine yet, but that time is coming.I do have one complaint: Using the flexible "necks", you can point the light in any direction you want. However, as time goes on over a few weeks, gravity slowly pulls them down a smidgeon so that they are no longer pointing in the perfect direction. So you readjust them every few weeks. It's no big deal and should in no way prevent anyone from purchasing these lights.

Awesome
Unlike the cheapy versions out there these actually work. In my enclosed porch they detect light or dark perfectly. I put two of them in together aimed in slightly different directions to detect motion. I could not be happier. I had previously tried 3 different lights of this type from the big box stores that did not detect light or dark or motion correctly. We turned them. Would definitely buy these again.
