High potency is very true. I began taking the recommended dose but had to cut back because my digestive system was not ready for what happened. I am ready to go to the full dosage now, I think.

Multivitamins are so big they're hard to swallow. Cutting in half leaves a sharp edge on each piece, not to mention it's a pain to cut them. These soft gels are big but they're smooth and go right down. A plus is that it only needs to be taken once a day. I expect to purchase again.

I have been using Swanson for many years for a lot of my supplementsThis multi is very high potency which I need as I don’t absorb nutrients well. I had several deficiencies and this product corrected my problemsI don’t find it very easy to swallow but I have difficulty swallowing most capsulesI really like that it’s a gel inside as some days I open it up and squeeze it out in a spoon of yogurt or honey.I am not worried about the amount of the B vitamins as they are water soluble so anything I don’t need will be excreted without going too high in my blood levels.I haven’t found anything better for me personally

This has been my Go to multivitamin for a few years now. It is the base of my nutrition and will continue to take it. Great quality at a great price

I love these vitamins and they’re on my subscription list. This month they arrived messy and leaking (inedible). Not sure what caused this and Amazon did give me a refund. I will try them again.

They are pretty big but being gel it makes them a little easier to swallow. Don't get alarmed when your urine turns florescent yellow.
