Bob's Red Mill Bulk Rice Flour, Brown, 25 Pound

The grind is fine and uniform.

Bob's Red Mill always delivers a great product but I didn't realize the shipping was so high on this product until after I purchased it. I will purchase it elsewhere in the future.

I use this flour to make dog treats and go through quite a bit. You can't beat this price. It was shipped directly from the seller and came packaged with a sheet of syrofoam to ensure the bag didn't burst. Delivery time was outstanding. Will be buy again !

I have enjoyed this rice flour each time I've ordered it. It is a great product, or I wouldn't keep reordering it. However, this last time I reordered it, I was shipped a 25 lb bag of unbleached all purpose flour, instead of the brown rice flour I "reorder". This was not a mistake on my part. I always just press the reorder button. Someone accidentally sent the wrong item, but for nearly $70, that an expensive mistake! Isn't there any way I can receive the brown rice flour I ordered? Is there a contact number, an email for human error issues, anything? I'm now stuck with a 25 lb bag of flour I can't even use because 1.) my daughter is gluten free, and 2.) there is no way to return a "non returnable item" even when it wasn't what I ordered. Buyer beware, when human mistakes happen, and they happen all the time, there needs to be at least some way of fixing the mistake. This is an easy mistake to fix, that I shouldn't have to pay for!

I have bought this a couple times before no problems great product. I paid a higher price.This last time I purchased I thought I was getting a good buy as the price was low. Opened the bag first little bit was fine, but the further into the bag I went I found bugs. I thought ok I'll sift it all and it should be okay. WRONG!!! I found soo many bugs even after I thought I had sifted them all out I still kept finding more each time I opened my container of flour.A lower price may not mean good quality. I think it means the seller is wanting to get rid of product that has been sitting too long. It's a shame that this is how things are done.I eventually threw all my flour out and ordered a smaller size.

Wow, that's a lot of flour! And it saved me about $1.50 per pound buying it this way. We make a lot of gluten free food in our house which can get expensive so buying in bulk is definitely the way to go.

Product delivered in good condition. Exterior box was mangled and poorly taped.
