Wheel came off after one use
Just about finishing packing for 10day trip to Japan. Love how it holds so far! Super light when empty! Used zip closed side for clothes and divided side with souvenirs and liquids for quick TSA check. I usually check big tote and 22”roller. Then another mid tote and handbag to plane - 4 bags are exhausting on public transportations. Trying now with this and 16” roller board tomorrow. Will come back for durability and easiness of this trunk in real life after the trip! After the trip: seemed fine. Made it to hotel and on the way back, rolled only 3 mins and wheel broke off!! A pure nightmare dragging it to the train station and taking 3 trains to Airport!! Wasted money after only one way...

lasts three years, but components start breaking in 1 year
Bought this thinking it was tougher than most in the $150 price range - large bags.Fly several times per year. Baggage which is checked has to be tough.Lot's of room inside. can easily pack over the 40 pound limit, always pre-weigh at home.STRAPS: nice second security feature, but not designed well enough. Baggage handlers were able to rip the too weak rivets and straps start dangling, now have holes into the actual case on the face of the bag. Rivets needed to be stronger. Both face straps ripped (probably when handlers used them to lift and throw the bag. Self repaired with nuts-bolts-washers. Now a side strap got caught and ripped off, tearing the rivets completely out. This caused the whole baggage conveyor system to shut down 20 minutes while they climbed through the system to find and unhook this bag. So straps look cool but are poorly engineered to keep from catching on airport handling systems or enduring the "throw" test.WHEELS: started to fail in year one, and bulge outward. Causes extra force to pull, forget pushing, as this causes the wheels to scrape the edge of the bag's wheel housing.LOCK: broke in year two. Not functional at all.HANDLE: only thing not broken.Bought in 2016, need a new one today 3 years later, as the failures have combined to make it non-reliable.the Price went from $150 to $170 with no apparent improvements. Will buy another brand.Cost: $50 per year: $150 / 3 years

Great Potential
Love this luggage. Great size, use of interior space, light weight, and amazing compartments. Unfortunately the built in TSA lock was not installed securely and comes loose and pops out with moderate use. This seller does not do exchanges or replacements. I will have to return the item and then once refunded decide if I want to buy it again. Be sure to keep the giant box it comes in for a while. I discarded mine and while the seller is providing a free return shipping label, I am on my own to find a box large enough to accommodate this suitcase.

IGNORED BY MANUFACTURER
I purchased this bag due to high reviews, I have to say they were wrong. This bag started falling apart the first time I used it. The TSA lock no longer works and the strap bolsters have popped off. I have attempted to get the manufacturer to make good on their warranty but they have not responded to my requests.STAY AWAY IT IS A BAD PRODUCT

Excellent Value
A lot of storage room. I love the outside straps which help keep luggage closed, workmanship is excellent and the TSA lock is easy to customize with your combination.

I love this suit case it has so many unique compartments on the inside. The suitcase is very light weight so your able to pack more clothes. It also comes with dividers which is a handy option, it has that trunk design which is also nice. It not only zips but you have latching straps for added security. It has a TSA lock on it also & you can even set your own code. The manufacturer makes this particular suitcase in 3 sizes.

Held together just fine for our 1 month trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe from Washington State. Expect the exterior to get scraped up a bit. It fits an amazing amount of stuff! The straps and clips are really handy as are the internal compartments. I am looking forward to traveling more with this suitcase. It's not a completely rigid shell. It will bend and flex. It also stands out nicely from the rest of the luggage on the carousel.

Wheels are the downfall to this bag
I really was hoping this would be my checked luggage, but with low quality wheels and ok zipper/hinge I don't think it will stand up to the test of time. After the first trip it did the wheels canted further inward and do not roll smoothly. The axles could not hold the 48lbs well.
