Received them today. Specifically ordered to do a line up for my husbands haircut. Did his haircut and tried using this for line up. It was dull and will not cut , the name on the front fell off. I am not sure if this is a Genuine Oster. Its either knock off or refurbished. We have Oster Classic 76 that I was using for a year now and it works awesome. For line up I was using Wahl ,but it stopped working. We loved our Classic 76 so much, we decided to get Oster for lineup, but this was a disaster. I would not recommend this item. I don't do a lot of reviews, but I was so disappointed I have to warn others.

After years of using a Wahl trimmer similar in size to this one. I had to trash it because it just stopped working. I replaced that Wahl with another but they are made now so cheap I could not stand it.This trimmer runs much smoother and cuts much better and closer than any other. I've tried. Since I use it for shaving, being close is important. So far it's fantastic. I wish it came with a couple of trim heads to clip on it but it's fine. It works well.

They pull hair no matter how you adjust them

Maybe...mine is older and works better? But mine works great for my wife when she is cutting my hair (neck area, sideburns around ears .etc.) and for me when trimming body hair. No issues at all. Not with the cutting itself or electronics.I clean and oil my blades after every use (small brush, 3in1 oil). I would advise that with any hair trimmer. I have replaced my blades twice since 2014, again...just regular planned maintenance. The replacement blades are right here on Amazon too. Just to be clear and set expectations....This is not going to shave you like a razor if that's what you are expecting.So, unless they changed something since 2014 or outsourced components...take care of it and it will work fine for years.
