These bee propolis capsules are easy to swallow and have the equivalent of 1000mg of propolis in each capsule. I have seasonal allergies and take bee propolis to aid in reducing them. I works much like immunotherapy does. The propolis, as long as the bees were pollinating pants you are allergic to, provides your body with a small amount of allergens to desensitize your immune system to that allergen. Since bees pollinate whatever blossoms they can find, it would be hard to find propolis that didn’t have one of my allergens in it. It really seems to help me with that. Propolis also contains lots of amino acids and polyphenols to help support our immune systems and general health-as long as you are not allergic to bees! I take this for my health and feel much better on it than not so I will continue to take bee propolis. This propolis is certified organic, gluten free and manufactured in the U.S. under good manufacturing practices. I would recommend this product to anyone look to improve their health who is not allergic to bees.

These are easy to swallow capsules but do need water or liquid to be sure to wash them down with. There is no after taste that I've noticed. Serving size is 1 to 3 capsules, so a bottle could last anywhere from 20 days to two months depending on what you take. Personally, I take two a day and the benefit that I have found is that mosquitos seem to leave me alone! Best reason to take them if you ask me. I'm sure there are a lot of other benefits to propolis as well. I'm very happy with these.

I like that it’s organic and natural, this is what bees use to build their hives, it helps heal my skin, also it keeps allergies away fights viruses and bacteria, it helps with inflammation, supports joint for better mobility and it really helps wIth coughs. Quality Supplement!

Honey is one of the most natural healing remedies on mother earth and it does a body well to keep healthy and pump up the immune system. I swear by it and recommend it to those who have no allergies with honey. (of course, it could just cure the allergy)This is organic, dosage is one capsule a day. This is reasonably priced and I feel good taking this and it enhances my sleep. So many reasons to take this magical remedy.

This has a very herbal scent when you open the bottle, but no taste when taking the pills. They are propolis and powders inside of standard vegetable gel capsules and are very easy to swallow. I think these are a nice supplement so far. I enjoy taking these for an immune boost and help with allergies. I prefer this to taking some other liquid supplements.

The media could not be loaded. I’m excited to begin using this. I’m hoping to reap the full benefits. They’re easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. I’m starting with 1 capsule per meal and maybe later using the suggested 1-3 capsules per meal.
