This is a mini statue. I read reviews about how small it is and ordered it anyway. I was prepared for a small size, but it is much smaller than I expected. I took a picture next to a small 2oz bottle for reference. It seemed to be packaged well; encased in Styrofoam so I was surprised to find a small chip on the ear. Pretty disappointed about that. However, I would recommend to those looking for a mini sized Buddha statue. It really is a very lovely statue. Minus a star-for the chip on the ear

I have taken photos on my laptop keyboard to give visual for scale. I'm happy with my purchase and the value of the item. Although this isn't a traditional pose, I will still be incorporating this beautiful Buddha into my mini desk altar. I think the white color adds to the detail and enhances the purity of the beauty. The size is perfect. If it was bigger the precise details would be lost in the size. Considering everything, it appears to be of good quality. Thank you
