Does this product come with the hamburger?

I'd hope so - lots of false advertising here on The 'Zon, but this particular product seems legit. I'd only worry about spoilage/maggots. Probably it comes in a refrigerated case-thing. Can't confirm that, but seems likely. Odd there's nowhere to specify rare/medium/whatever; that seems a bit suspect. Hmm. Maybe the "hamburger" is just like a prop to impress your friends, make them think you brought along a hamburger for your commute or whatever. More questions than answers here actually. Safe to assume the fries are included though.

what is the maximum weight can this product hold?

According to the directions it says 3lbs. - I use this tray for just quick meals on the go, like: a pre-made salad, couple slices of pizza, sub-sandwich, container of mac/cheese, etc. It just helps from the food falling into my lap when taking bites.

can these be easily removed and reinstalled as needed or are they permanently installed?

Easily removed and reinstalled. I only use mine for long trips.

How thick is the arm? also if this is cheaply made, we’re can i find one in gp, oregon

It seems sturdy. It seems strong enough for the job that it’s intended to do.
