An alright combo. I gifted this to my dad who has psoriasis on his scalp and although he been using it for only 2 weeks there has been less burning. Its to early to tell if it will completely eradicate his condition.

I have struggled my whole life with insane scalp build up, and the worst itching. I have been using this product for a little over a year now. It is the only shampoo and conditioner that actually cleared my scalp up, and eliminated most of the itching. I almost thought that it was something I just had to deal with for the rest of my life, so after using this brand the first time I am so extremely grateful. I am hooked. It’s a bit pricy, but it’s better that suffering every second of every day. Lol

Not a fan didn't lather up made my hair dry and saw no difference in scalp issues . Didn't notice a fragrance

This helps with the spots on my scalp that itch, it seems to help keep the area from being too dry and itchy. It doesn't really have much of a scent at all, which is nice, because most shampoos for this sort of thing smell medicated or like tar. I like to use this on my scalp and then take another shampoo (something also natural without all the chemicals and such but with a pleasant scent) and wash the length of my hair. Same with the conditioner. They are both great, I've been using them regularly for a couple years now.
