I’m completely hooked on this stuff. It’s savory, rich, and adds the perfect punch of flavor to literally anything. I sprinkle it on buttered toast, chicken, eggs, potato chips - it makes everything taste gourmet. If you’re a fan of that deep, earthy umami flavor, you’ll want to keep a backup jar on hand at all times. It’s like having all the flavor of MSG without actually using MSG. Total umami bomb. This blend should honestly come with a warning label: highly addictive.

It does the job for tofu scrambled and to flavor soups and gravy, I wish it didn't contain mushrooms because that means it goes bad faster. So that get a star taken away. But if you plan on using this for everything the mushrooms are not that bis of a deal.

This umami blend is excellent. I love to add it to loads of my favorite foods, from scrambled eggs to baked potatoes. Has a little bit of heat, but not too much. Definitely a good purchase and will buy again.
