Utility jug has a nice big wide mouth to store dry pet food in
Good price for a utility jug using it currently to store dry cat food inside this container very handy. The handle is durable and is very rugged price point spot on next time. I will post pics when I get a chance to, but works perfect. The cap easy on easy off…

It’s designed for gas. That’s the whole purpose, right
It can hold gasoline that’s just a technically safety issue they put on it for safety reasons that’s the whole point of the jug is for gasoline fuel ?

Not for gas.... Haha.
It's sad that people don't understand that the can must say "not for gasoline" on it, because of legalities. It doesn't have the safety/anti spill spout. These cans are fantastic for race day, or every day.

This is not for Gasoline or fuel.
This is a great jug for anything BUT fuel. This fact was not clear when I ordered it, but it was clear when I opened the packaging. Not for storage or transport of fuel. They do make a tank that is specifically made for fuel, and it has a spout similar to most gas cans on the market. I originally picked this jug up due to the large mouth opening, that I thought would make filling this with gas super simple.

Not for Gas
After purchasing 2 of these, and a special pump for fueling, I opened the box and saw a label stating "Not for storage or transporting fuel or kerosene". Are you kidding me? How do I fill them up? Do I need to get my gas delivered? After going back and doing some research, other people were saying it's because it doesn't have an approved EPA nozzle or something. I would think a plastic bottle for $35, from a company called VP Racing, would be fuel ready. Now to return this crap. Would be nice if Amazon included this information in the listing. Nope, they just call it a racing jug. And no, I'm not a person who turns a blind eye on something like this and just use it. They certainly should sell one that is approved for fuel in this style. Back to the old cheap plastic cans I guess.
