EXCELLENT PRODUCT!
This product is EXCELLENT - But, you MUST order the right size for you to make that so. This product, apparently, runs very, very small. I took a good, long, hard look at their Size Chart. I strictly went by their measurements and ordered the closest I could come to them. The figures shown were small waists and large hips. I have neither. I have a larger waist and narrower hips. So, being that this is a panty-type girdle or intimate apparel, I went by my actual waist measurement and hoped for the best in the hip area. A medium girdle is now tight on me and I could probably wear a large; however, going according to their measurements, I ordered an XL - something I've never done before. And the fit was absolutely HEAVENLY!!! For the first time, I didn't have to struggle to get a girdle on. It went on like a breeze (because I ordered the correct size) and once I pulled the band on each side and pressed them on the Velcro, it did the job I expected. It held my stomach in. The material is absolutely beautiful, it is made very well, and it fit beautifully. It felt luxurious to wear and I've never had that experience before with a girdle or intimate apparel. It is higher priced for a reason. It's an excellent product that won't disappoint you. Trust me, you will love it! But, again, don't buy the size you normally wear with other products. Go strictly by their chart size and you won't miss! I am so very, very happy with this purchase and I strongly believe you will be, too!! I bought this product just to reign in a too large belly. It minimized my waist and stomach quite well. Happy ordering!

Love It
It definitely served and it's serving it's purpose. I had a csection and after my first week when I was able to put more pressure it has and it is my go to!!! Loved it so much I ordered 2 more. Stability: it has been helping keeping my stomach Support and even gotten compliments. Quality: the quail is great! Comfort: what can I say I wear it daily even at night (yes that comfortable that I forget to take it off) Support: it stays in place and keeps Support with my incision and stomach without damaging it or causing pain. Ease of use: super easy to use.

Don't waste your money
I bought these over a month ago to have for my abdominal surgery. These seem to fit snug at the top but not around the belly button. It's past the window of return due to me ordering early before my surgery. Hope this helps someone else out. Not a bad product, it's very well made, it just didn't work on my belly.

Worth the Risk
To be honest, I don't know if they actually work. I simply don't know if I had not used them would my stomach be back into shape, but I wasn't going to take that risk. I ordered both the black and "nude" color. I started wearing them about 4 weeks after birth and mostly for when I went back to work after 6 weeks (my job doesn't offer maternity). After about 2-3 months, the elastic wore itself out. I found myself having to pull the flap tighter and tighter across my belly. Maybe that was a sign of losing weight, I don't know. But they did make me look smooth and "not lumpy" under my clothes postpartum. Ultimately, they felt comfortable and like I was wearing Spanx, but obviously with the target area being the belly. These are much more comfortable than Spanx and the company Leonisa actually has an entire line similar to Spanx that I would check out and consider because I felt these products were the most comfortable body shapers I have ever owned. I'm going giving these three stars only because I can't say that these actually helped to reshape and restore my postpartum belly. But if you are looking for a product to at least hide it a bit, definitely go with these!

Wear over underwear as OVERNIGHT SUPPORT (and incision compression) after c-section
I bought these after my c section incision opened up (yikes!) 5 weeks postpartum. My OB said I HAD TO go back to wearing my abdominal binder but overnight it would always ride up and end up around my waist, not my incision (and - paradoxically - put downward pressure on my incision by pushing in the wrong place). Anyway, I thought there must be a panty with support like a binder, saw these and thought I'd try. I agree they wouldn't be great under clothes during the day (they do give you a muffin top that I imagine wouldn't be there after losing the baby weight, but then you also wouldn't need to bind your incision anymore), but overnight they're perfect. I wear them over other panties so that I can wear them a few nights in a row - treating them less like panties and more like an abdominal binder that happens to look like panties. They feel a lot like the binder I use during the day in terms of pressure and I found the medium to fit just right. For reference I wear a size 6 normally (not pregnant). The pressure is also adjustable. I'm using it at the widest setting now but will make it tighter as I lose baby weight.

I sneezed and didn't die!
I had a c-section just over a week ago and I bought this at the last minute before the day of surgery. About 24 hours after the proceedure I put this on. At the time it was a bit tight and caused more discomfort than it helped. However, after a few more days when my incision was less tender and I had lost a little more weight, this girdle became my best friend. The proof was when I finally had a sneeze I couldn't hold back and it didn't hurt! This girdle helps me to keep an eye on my posture without haveing to worry about straining my incision. It also helps compress my tummy and provide releif to the overall abdominal pain from the surgery itself. Given how expensive most support girdles are, I can honestly say there is no reason to spend more than what this one costs as it does a fine job at a very reasonabe price point. Another reviwer had indicated that the girdle rides but I've not had this problem at all. Highly recommend this for anyone thinking they will have to endure a C-section!

Good for night, but not worth it.
UPDATE: Garment rolls down every time I sit so it hits my belly button incision. It is nice.for night time but that is sadly about it. Not worth the $40. Definitely have a muffin top but I also just had my feminine parts cut out so that doesn't bother me. These are SUPER comfortable and easy to pull on and off. Soft fabric too. Way better than the stupid belly binder from the hospital.
