Great product! Works quickly when I have a gout flare up.

This has kept gout under control. Other brands not so much.

Being a gout suffer for over two decades, I put down my prescription allopurinol, and decided to try something different and went with this product as a natural alternative. After taking this product and switching to a strict vegetarian diet for three months, I went back to my doctor for another blood test and was able to get my uric acid to normal levels for the first time in twenty years! I think the vegetarian diet is your most effective treatment for gout and other issues such as diabetes and high triglycerides of which I was suffering from too and got amazing results on my blood test also. But with a vegetarian diet and this total cleanse uric acid treatment, I found serious results. If you image search on google "Acid Load to the Kidneys" you will see a chart with foods highest in acid and foods that are more alkaline. You can see by looking at the chart that ALL animal proteins create an acidic load to your body and that beans, fruits, and veggies create an alkaline environment in your body. Uric acid crystals can not form in an alkaline body. Realizing this information, all one has to do is become a vegetarian and they are on there way to a gout free life. After becoming a vegetarian I did experience a few serious gout attacks. You might wonder how could this be if I was on a vegetarian/alkaline diet? I realized that I had lost 40lbs in less than six months and your body stores excess uric acid in your fat cells so when you loose the fat, the uric acid that was being stored gets dumped back into your system. This item was a 2nd purchase because I decided to take it at times to make sure my Uric Acid remains normal. I was very surprised at a doctor visit when I was told that my Uric Acid was high. I had never really heard about it. But I researched it to found out more about it, and then I found this product. Since taking it the first time around, when I did return to my doctor, my Uric Acid was better. I want it to keep heading in that direction and I do feel that this product had something to do with it the better results. It's easy to take and I try to do so daily until I've used it up. I will probably order again after my next doctor visit just to make sure it doesn't go up high again. I am grateful they have such a product to help with lowering high Uric Acid.

Having been diagnosed with gout a couple of years ago I've been looking into different vitamins to help ward off flare ups. Taking this along with diet changes I don't have to take as high a dose of medication and have fewer flare ups.

I didn't experience the quick cure to my gout attack like others who recovered within 48 to 72 hours. It took over two weeks of downing 3 of these gel caps daily along with a prescription of Allopurinol tabs to fend off a severe case of this painful malady. I typically get a case of gout once a year, but found this most recent attack much longer in duration. Going to curtail the beer and foods that contribute to this disease, and will keep the drugs handy to help respond to it in the future. Had my first gout attack about two years ago and since the second attack, I have been drinking tart cherry and apple cider vinegar. This has kept me from having any more attacks but there was still stiffness/soreness in the big toe. Stumbled across this product and thought I would give it a try. Within 12 hours of taking it, I noticed more flexibility in my big toe. A week later, not perfect, but much more flexibility in the toe and I'm able to walk on the ball of my foot rather than the outside of the foot to avoid flexing the toe. This product seems to be working for me, but each individual reacts differently to food items so may or may not help you. Will I reorder this product, yes.
