These have been a life saver. Easy to take and small and Iv been taking these for months and total loss of restless leg/body syndrome sleeping better and feeling so much better with my fibromyalgia

I bought these on recommendation from a friend after I mentioned cramp in my legs some nights.They work.99% less cramp and sleeping has definitely improved. I take 5 caps at night 30 mins before bed.

I bought these in the hope that they would do as advertised and help me stay asleep at night. I have a busy brain which often refuses to shut down at bedtime and often I wake up in the night with thoughts and song snippets racing around in my head, stopping me from getting back to sleep. I’ve been taking these for a good couple of months now and my sleep has been amazing. I take them about an hour before bed and my brain is much quieter when I get in bed. I get to sleep quickly and I stay asleep all night. Gamechanger. My kids (12yo and 13yo boys) also now take them and sleep way better too.

If you have sleep problems then theses are for you. Have tried other types that either don't work or very poor. Let me tell you these are the best ever, I take them 3 hours before I need to sleep and know I will sleep easily plus thru the night(except for a wee stop). Not the cheapest because you have to take 3 for the correct dose, but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. Highly recommend 😀.

Excellent, small size means easier to swallow than some other capsules.

Help me sleep

I'm sure the item itself is fine but I had an allergic reaction to magnesium glycinate and would recommend only starting with a very low dose (which I did luckily) to check you are OK with it. My skin started itching really badly after I had taken a tablet and when I checked the next day I found that this is a known reaction for some people. Luckily I already take an antihistamine daily which helped reduce the reaction somewhat and after a stronger antihistamine the next day I was fine. I shall pass on the tablets to someone who is fine with magnesium.
